Hekla Ventures was founded with a clear thesis: the best returns come from investing in companies that solve real problems for real people. We seek opportunities where disciplined execution and deep domain expertise can unlock outsized outcomes — both financial and social.
Our leadership brings 15+ years of biopharma commercial experience, including building commercial organizations from scratch at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Krystal Biotech, and participating in 12+ product launches — including the first three RNAi therapeutics and the first topical gene therapy.
